The sequence

  1. Week 1

    Choose and measure

Pick one buyer and three gift ideas. Price them with the calculator. Open the first affiliate accounts; do not publish links before disclosure and approval.

  2. Week 2

    Build the evidence kit

Create one original design composition, one finished sample if possible, and a license record. Photograph the real process.

  3. Week 3

    Halloween creative test

Publish three genuinely different Pins to one useful guide: checklist, mistake prevention and product decision.

  4. Week 4

    Read the signal

Measure outbound clicks, saves and engaged sessions. Keep the angle that earns intent; retire decorative Pins that earn only impressions.

  5. Week 5

    Christmas catalogue one

Publish the first Christmas resource guide and three Pins with different promises, not near-duplicate designs.

  6. Week 6

    Production route

Publish the cutter-vs-laser-vs-POD decision guide. Add tracked links only for approved programmes and only where relevant.

  7. Week 7

    Profit proof

Create one real product-cost case study. Show every assumption and update it after the first actual batch.

  8. Week 8

    Second Christmas cluster

Create content for one recipient: teacher, grandparents, new parents or pet owners. Do not mix all recipients on one page.

  9. Week 9

    Refresh winners

Update the best page with a better table, clearer CTA and one new original Pin. Do not spam identical affiliate links.

  10. Week 10

    Deadline content

Publish order-cutoff and last-minute production guidance. Clearly date every shipping or availability statement.

  11. Week 11

    Gift-week intent

Prioritize ready-to-make files and POD routes that can still be fulfilled. Remove or flag expired offers.

  12. Week 12

    Q5 handoff

Shift to thank-you gifts, new-business planning and Valentine personalization. Preserve the winning evergreen pages.

The scorecard

Record published Pins, outbound clicks, affiliate clicks, transactions, approved commission and cash received as separate numbers. A save is a content signal. It is not revenue.

Scale gate: no automation increases publishing volume until one topic produces at least two independent transactions or a clearly superior click-to-page signal worth another manual test.
